DOH Pharmacy Technician Exam Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the DOH Exam for pharmacy technicians, candidates must meet these requirements:
  • Completion of a minimum 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy.

Procedure for DOH Pharmacy Technician Exam

  • Document Verification

Submit your credentials for Primary Source Verification (PSV) through the Data Flow process. This verification typically takes 30-45 days and ensures that all qualifications are valid.

 
  • Scheduling the Exam

Once verification is complete, candidates can schedule their DOH exam at an approved Prometric testing center.

 
  • Taking the DOH Exam

Attend the scheduled DOH exam at a Pearson Vue centre to demonstrate proficiency in pharmacy knowledge and skills.

 
  • Applying for Licensure
